Program Staff Orientation

After the recruitment of the programme staff, the organisation should ensure an induction programme, along with an exposure visit to operational creches, for all newly recruited staff before they begin regular field operations.

It is recommended that the exposure visit to creches be completed prior to the induction sessions so that staff gain practical insights for discussions during the induction session.

Orientation on the Shishu Ghar app will be provided in a phased manner, aligned with different stages of creche operations such as household listing, child enrolment, growth monitoring, and related activities. The broad, suggestive focus areas for the induction programme are outlined below:
