Summer

• After the consultation with the community, creche timings can be changed. Like early opening of creche in morning.
• If possible, ask parents to send children in lightweight cotton clothes.
• Limit outdoor play to early mornings or evenings while keeping indoor spaces cool with fans/exhaust fans.
• Monitor for heat exhaustion signs like dizziness.

Monsoon

• Clean stagnant water frequently to prevent dengue or malaria.
• Shift to indoor activities if it rains and there is no sunlight.
• Ensure floors are non-slippery, and avoid flooded areas or open drains near the creche.
• Sensitize parents about the precaution for the safety of children.

Winter
