Context

Reports in the Shishughar Web UI are integral part of Creche Management System. These reports enable us to understand the creche operations in the field in a detailed and systematic manner. Two essential utilities of these reports are -

1. It enables us to understand the quality of the daily recording of the essential data for creche operations and thereby ensure the quality of recording these data.

2. These reports on being analysed in multiple dimensions help us analyse our creche operations in 360-degree manner and to understand the impact of the initiative in the respective geography.

The reports in the Shishughar Web UI are constantly evolving based on our learnings and experiences of the field and the necessities identified in the field. Currently the relevant reports in the Shishughar Web UI have been detailed below:

Dashboards

There are currently 2 dashboards available in the Shishughar Web UI namely –

a) Creche Report Card – It enables us to understand the performance of the creches which can be analysed at a State, District, Block, Phase, Supervisor, Creche levels. The unique feature of the tabs in the creche report card also gives us a detailed information which are relevant for day-to-day operations and supervision.

b) Child Report Card – Similarly, the child report card enables us to understand the impact of this initiative on each single child of a respective creche. It shows us a graphical representation of the trend of attendance and nutritional status of the child.

Operational Reports

The operational reports in the Shishughar Web UI consists of 3 reports namely –

a) Planned & Operational Creches – This report is helpful for understanding the status of creches being planned, operational and yet to be operationaled

b) Enrolment Summary – This report gives a detailed understanding of the breakup of the enrolment in our operational creches.

c) Check-in Report – The check-in report enables us to monitor the visits made by all the cadres in the operational creches within a stipulated period of time.

Growth Monitoring Reports

The growth monitoring reports in the Shishughar Web UI consists of 3 reports namely –

a) Growth Monitoring Summary – The growth monitoring summary reports show us the nutritional status of children at the various levels namely – creche, GP, supervisor, block, district, state & partner.

b) Growth Monitoring Childwise – The growth monitoring childwise report as the name suggest show us the nutritional status of each child in details of respective creches.

c) Growth Monitoring Timeline Childwise – This report depicts the trend of the nutritional status of the children and along with the corelation with the attendance.

d) Growth Monitoring Childwise (Z Score) – The growth monitoring childwise (z score) report is simillary to growth monitoring childwise. Additionally, it also shows the z-score of the children.

Attendance Reports

The attendance reports in the Shishughar Web UI consists of 3 reports namely –

a) Average Attendance (Summary) – The average attendance summary report shows us the attendance status of children at the various levels namely – creche, GP, supervisor, block, district, state & partner.

b) Attendance (Childwise) – The attendance childwise report as the name suggest show us the attendance status of each child in details of respective creches.

c) Attendance Gap – The attendance gap report is a data entry monitoring report which enables us to understand if the data pertaining to attendance is being filled up by the supervisors properly or not within a stipulated period of time.

Check-In & Cohort Reports

The check-in & cohort reports in the Shishughar Web UI consists of 3 reports namely –

a) Check-In Report (Summary) – The check-in summary report shows us the check-in status of all the cadres at the various levels namely – creche, GP, supervisor, block, district, state & partner.

b) Check-In Report (Individual) – Similarly the check-in individual shows us the details of each check-in filled by each cadre and details of it for a respective creche on a respective date.

c) Cohort Summary – This report is a very crucial report which helps us understand the movement of the nutritional status of the specific children over a specified period of time at various level namely – creche, GP, supervisor, block, district, state & partner. i.e., the movement of the nutritional status of ‘x’ number of children over a period of ‘a’ to ‘b’ at various levels.

d) Cohort Childwise – Similarly this report further allows us to understand the movement of the nutritional status of the children enrolled in our creches over a period of time. i.e., the nutritional status of the child ‘x’ over a period ‘a’ to ‘b’.

e) Cohort Exited & Graduated – This report allows us to understand the movement of the nutritional status of the children enrolled in our creches from enrolment to exit for a specified month. i.e., the nutritional status of a child ‘x’ at the time of enrolment and at the time of exit. Thus, help us understand the effect of our interventions.
