Creche Exposure Visit

Objective

  • To observe and understand the different processes taking place in the creche.
  • To observe the day-to-day practices followed by the creche caregivers.
  • To gain an overall understanding of creche operations, which will help participants connect better during the upcoming orientation sessions.

Things to Carry

  • Pen and Notebook – to be provided to participants before the visit.
  • Water Bottle – participants should bring their own.

Do’s (For caregivers & supervisors during field visit)

  • Observe all activities carefully and make brief notes.
  • Interact politely with creche caregivers if you need any clarification.
  • Be silent and polite to avoid distraction and help children feel comfortable.

Don’ts (For caregivers & supervisors during field visit)

  • Do not take pictures or videos (respect the right to privacy).
  • Do not interrupt or disturb the regular flow of activities in the creche.
  • Do not talk loudly among yourselves during the observation.
